The editor will check each reference for:
Author(s). (Year) Title of the article, Title of the Journal, Volume(Issue), page range. DOI.
Each in-text citation will be checked against the reference list.
The editor will do line-by-line copy edits and address reference lists, page margins, line spacing, font type and size, pagination, headers/footers, tables/figures, and table of contents.
The editor will check each reference for:
Author(s). (Year) Title of the article, Title of the Journal, Volume(Issue), page range. DOI.
Each in-text citation will be checked against the reference list.
This includes editing for mistakes in consistency and accuracy. The editor offers an extra pair of eyes on your work to carefully check for any misspellings, or punctuation that may have been missed.
The copy editor will correct any typographical errors they find. They may also fact-check information like names, dates, and notable facts.
